Yes? Fantastic! Well, the good news is you don’t need much equipment, or space. This great HIIT workout can be done in a small area such as your garden or living room, and you only need to find a weight that is suitable for you. It doesn’t need to be a piece of fitness equipment- just grab some tins of beans if you need to take things easier, or fill an empty soft bag with those tins! (wrapped up in clothing for extra comfort!).
All you really need is a timer/clock and lots of determination to push yourself as hard as you can! So grab your trainers and let’s go!
