Practical Exercise: In addition to the theory behind effective exercise with regards to achieving specific goals, short group exercise sessions will also take place within the workshop times. Depending on the needs of the group, the range of activities may include fat burning drills, muscle building circuits, fun games, postural and abdominal assessments, core strengthening and flexibility. So wear your exercise gear, and be shown what to do, how to do it, and most importantly, understand why you’re doing it!
