Introducing Head Chief Nikki
Founder, Party Planner, Sweet Potato Lover, Wine Drinker.
Nikki is the Head Chief at Tribal Fitness and responsible for all your fun and fitness. She’s also the Chief of the Newcastle Tribe and the Postnatal Bangor Tribe, and is quite often found heading up the Social Tribe too!
However, it’s not just about the laughs – as well as having competed at a National level in various sports, she also holds a degree in Sports Studies, along with a wide range of fitness qualifications, and has over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, so she cares about providing the best female fitness community for the Tribes. Previous roles have included managing ladies only gyms, personal training, postnatal exercise programmes, community development for family health and nutrition, developing bespoke health programmes for children, writing obesity strategies for local government and holding advisory roles for NICE (National Institution of Clinical Excellence).
Nikki lives and breathes fitness – but with a difference. You won’t find her pumping iron 24/7 or completely avoiding cream buns, because she is passionate about health and fitness being ‘real’. No gimmicks, no unrealistic goals, no guilt – her motto is ‘life happens’ – and fitness can fit in to that.
Nikki runs Babes Bootcamp, Pramtastic, ReBoot and Mum and Baby Circuits. She is also in charge of delivering the preschool RunnerBeans Bootcamp course and all the Tribal Adventures, so get in touch with her for more details.

Introducing Chief Susan
Runner. Lover of nature. Pocket rocket.
Unbelievably Susan is yet another ‘graduate’ of Tribal Fitness. She had never been a fitness addict or a regular gym bunny. In fact, before Tribal Fitness came in to her life (and drastically changed it!), she had only recently started running and could just about manage one press up and a plank! However, after she attended one of Nikki’s Bangor Bootcamp sessions, it wasn’t long until she was hooked! After some serious dedication and motivation, Susan obtained her fitness qualification and swooped in to quickly take over from the Head Chief and became the new Chief of Bangor! A truly inspirational story, I think you’ll agree.
Her addiction to running, mountain biking and nature have strengthened greatly over recent years, but Susan is most happy when encouraging her children to embrace fitness in the great outdoors with her! Tribe Members love Susan’s enthusiasm and support, and will be the first to tell you not to be fooled by her compact size – the girl is strong and will be take no prisoners! As with all the Chiefs, Susan offers a range of alternatives for all abilities, but if she thinks you have more in the tank, then her teaching background will quickly rise to the surface ….and you don’t want to mess with teacher!

Introducing Chief Victoria
Loves animals, exercise, chips and unexpected kindness
Victoria got bitten by the exercise bug in her early 20’s taking part in various triathlons and running races. Since then she has trained as a fitness instructor herself, taking group based fitness classes, including Les Mills Body Attack. Victoria is passionate about fitness and motivating others to become more active and healthy. Victoria started attending Tribal’s Bangor Bootcamps a couple of years ago, shortly after moving to Northern Ireland, and was instantly hooked on the variety of the sessions, ethos and social side of Tribal! After the recent birth of her daughter Eleanor, Victoria also started attending Nikki’s Pramtastic sessions which helped her retain her sanity in the early days of motherhood! This sealed the deal in terms of coming on board as a Tribal Chief.
When she’s not exercising, Victoria can be found in one of the local parks walking her Border Collie (Murph) and Greyhound (Winnie) with her baby daughter strapped to her in her sling. Smiling!
Victoria provides indoor and outdoor postnatal classes, as well as ladies only bootcamps, in the Ards area, so get in touch for more details.
